Not very good.. It is almost really cool except it doesn't work as described. The documentation is very minimal and the company doesn't have very good support sometimes waiting weeks for an email response and when you do get a response it is usually not very helpful. Its a great idea though and if somebody could get it to work it would be awesome to use.

The support is extremely lacking... been waiting for a month for a simple fix. Think I may go with the plugin offered by wpmu.org, since they're talking about supporting SSO in a future release anyway.

At least then I would know that a response is coming to an open ticket, instead of paying and waiting...

I considered it when I first was considering flipping from WP/Ecommerce to something else, but I gave it a pass. WHMCS already has more than sufficient news capabilities in my opinion, and it requires gzip compression to be disabled, which increases load times and bandwidth footprints.
