tripler
How can I have whmcs send invoices, notices, etc to more than one email at he same time? Invoices are already sent at the same time by using a cron job, usually at 00:01
lahatte
I'm talking about if a client wants to receive invoices and notices at two different emails. He wants to receive them and he wants his wife to receive them as well. I can't figure out how to do this. When I add a contact, whmcs only offers the option to email the contact or the client, not both. Is there a way to do this? How do you achieve this?
m8internet
I would advise the client to create a forwarder, this will then forward the required email they receive
lahatte
So whmcs will not send out notices to all contacts listed for a client?
Damo
Look at the settings on the client contact tab. There's a collection of check boxes at the bottom so you can specify which emails the additional contact will also receive.
