WebHostingPeople Posted March 24, 2012 Share Posted March 24, 2012 Hello, On 28.03.2010 Client paid invoice via paypal. At that time I did not checked WHMCS client profile. On 28.03.2010 & same time WHMCS paid Invoice & add same amount as credit. Now client has paid today invoice with that credit amount. When Paypal did not received , how whmcs added amount ? Now I am unable to remove that credit amount from invoice. I tried > Credit > remove credit amount from Invoice .
