sparky Posted March 21, 2012 Share Posted March 21, 2012 If you have a hidden category with articles in it the articles cannot be accessed via the direct link. It is redirected back to knowledgebase.php. The description from the whmcs docs says Enter a name and description to be displayed to clients.
