I used to be able to enter a fixed amount in the coupon, and the cart would apply that amount in the currency that was selected by the purchaser. Now that no longer works and it is applying all coupons in USD, so instead of discounting $7,400 as entered in the code settings, it's converting that amount to USD and discounting almost $90,000! WHMCS CEO Matt Posted May 10, 2012 WHMCS CEO Share Posted May 10, 2012 I can confirm that in the case of fixed amount discounts/promotions, the amount of the discount is always assumed to be defined in your base currency (ie, the default) and the value is then converted using the exchange rates in Setup > Currencies when an order is being placed by a user who has chosen any currency other than the default.
