Credit Card Problems in WHMCS

Hopefully someone can help me out. I am having two problems with WHMCS:

1. We have clients that purchase web hosting from us, as well we bill them with manually created WHMCS invoices some months for additional labor. This becomes a problem as WHMCS automatically also tries to bill their credit card for manually created invoices when they are due. I am curious as to how other companies are handling this problem. Currently it seems as though our best option is to disable automatic credit card processing altogether. Although, this creates a problem though for those who just want to be billed monthly for web hosting.

2. We have the option "Allow Customers CC Delete" enabled, but when you login as a client and try to delete their credit card information under "Credit Card Details" there is no option showing to remove their credit card details.

Just some feedback. I'm really happy with WHMCS but the credit card processing is a bit disappointing. Using the initial default settings for credit card payment processing resulted in a few complaints from clients. One major issue is that the clients do not have a very clear and obvious way to see if their credit card is being stored and will be automatically billed. In my opinion this should be right out in the clear on their account and highlighted. Another issue is that by default clients who are not storing their credit cards, receive a notification saying that the system tried to process their credit card but it failed. This resulted in people saying "why do you have our credit card, we did not authorize this".

Thanks,

Wes
