compcreate Posted July 13, 2007 Share Posted July 13, 2007 Hello, I purchased an sCpanel license and in the process of talking with the company, they have been talking about WHMCS biterly. They have said all business relationships have been severed. Wondering whats the scoop? I have done a bunch of searching online, and see a ton of people that complain sCpanel doesnt respond to support and stuff. I have always had a good/quick response from Matt. WHMCS CEO Matt Posted July 13, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted July 13, 2007 We terminated the partnership with them due to the very reasons you have seen posted by others in many online forums - their product is full of bugs and they offer poor support for it which made it unacceptable for us to be dealing with.
