Support Ticket Problems

I'm having problems creating Support Tickets. I think I don't understand how chron jobs work totally. I'm not sure what's going on. That's not exactly why I'm here...

 

I attempted to send a support ticket to WHMCS for help with this, but I keep getting an email telling me that a ticket will not be created because I'm using an email that is not linked to my WHMCS account. But I am using the only email associated with my WHMCS account. I mean, it even added the correct email to the form before sending.

 

I need help getting help to get this thing going.

 

Getting my WHMCS running has been a total nightmare for some reason. I just need to get some help with this! :D
