kicon Posted February 18, 2012 Share Posted February 18, 2012 hi i have little bug. when my customer made a payment for webhosting through paypal and the transaction showing successful payment..then it been redirected to the unpaid invoice again but the transaction already completed and i check the invoice in the admin section. it still showing the the invoice is unpaid....how do i fix this???? thank you 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Make sure the client didn't pay Paypal with a Check, if so it may take a few days and whmcs will then auto update after paypal sends a ping back saying that it cleared.
