Show additional text in invoice created email if bank transfer is selected.

I am trying to show a conditional display into the Invoice Created Email if payment method "Bank Transfer" is selected.

 

 

What's the correct syntax? Here's what I tried.

 

{if $gateway.name eq "Bank Transfer"}Show this text{/if}

{if $invoice_payment_method eq "Bank Transfer"}Show this text{/if}

 

 

Both variables seem to be not supported.

This works for me on a v4 install, where that line inside the "quotes" is exactly the same as the name in the payment gateway setup.:

{if $invoice_payment_method eq "Mail In Payment"}

Yes, thanks for pointing me in the right direction! I was using the gateway name instead of the display name.
