Great work Matt and the team, this program has turned our business around.

 

After 6 years of hosting we have learnt the two most important area's of webhosting are

 

1. Security for our clients and their websites.

2. Billing System ease of use and flexibility.

 

Why a 10 or 10, most certainly the program is not perfect, but it is very easy to setup and use quickly to get your billing in order.

 

Secondly if there is a bug that affects the system we have found Matt to get the issue sorted quickly.

 

We have used and own

 

Perlbill ( broken invoicing system which the programmer could not fix. )

Modernbill ( too complex to use in not flexible enough. )

WHMautopilot ( version3 we found installation and setup far too complex. )

AWBS ( to be honest it looks good, but the moment we found WHMCS we knew we had found the billing system we had been looking for. )

AgileBill ( Complex and expensive. ) * Only trialled this one for two weeks to be fair and it does look to have the flexibility needed but at a high cost.
