HELP NEED with Client with multiple domains

Hi, I'm very new at this whole WHMCS system and still trying to get my head around it all.

I have a few clients that have purchased more then one domain and hosting package. I have managed to do a successful cPanel/WHM import. The only problem is when I go to update the clients profile particularly the email address it gives me this message:

"Duplicate Email Address

The email address entered is already in use by another client account and must be unique for each client"

So far I have treated every domain and hosting package as a single customer, but if I'm unable to duplicate an email address this method will not work for me with my clients that have multiple domains and hosting with us. I'm quite unsure what to do about this. Do I need to setup some sort of group for this client? Or some how add these clients additional domains and hosting under their client profile? These clients in the past have not been considered by us as resellers. Perhaps setting them up as resellers may solve this problem???? Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

Artchic

A customer only has one account with you. Add all their domains and hosting purchases to that one account.
