Professional WHMCS upgrade? Not for me.

Hello, I`ve bought Professional WHMCS Upgarade, there is no reply since payment. I get info:

We aim to complete our professional services in under 72 hours.

Its been 96 hours, and no reply from whmcs staff. No informations. I`m confused.

My ticket id #789580

Is that normal?

Nope this is not normal. But the reason is you have been replying to your ticket every few hours asking for updates, and in doing so repeatedly taking yourself back to the end of the upgrade queue so we hadn't even got to your ticket yet. Please refrain from bumping it, and then your upgrade will be got to a lot sooner.
