Does anyone know how to automatically set up mysql databases on received payment?

My budget for this is $5-10, since it is so simple.

You probably need to be more specific. is the mysql server hosted on the local machine? If not, you'll need to provide remote access from WHMCS to the mysql server with a user that can both create databases and probably create users as well.

It is remote and it will get access, I just need to know how to set up JUST the mysql database, without a domain.

You'll probably want to create a server module for it if thats all its going to do. You'd assign your "database" product to use that server module, and it could automatically create the database and user to access it.

 

While the task is "simple", its likely going to cost you more than $5-10 to have someone do it.
