Katatonic
Hi, I accidentally screwed up a WHMCS database, it means basically I need to put in all orders for all clients all over again - virtually impossible and it's taken all assigned products/services per client with it. Anyway: Admin had backups set to a defunct email address and FTP backups were not enabled - grrrrrr Is there a way to get the backup from the bounced email? Does WHMCS create a .tar of the backup before it's sent out in a temp location? Damo
What about your server backup? Surely you have that in place.
Katatonic
You would think so, I'm just taking over and found out the server backup was DISABLED for no reason. I recklessly started modifying the database without making sure these were in place, hence why I'm hoping WHMCS saves the database to a temp location before attaching it to email - and not doing a clean up until the next time the script starts again.
