harrip Posted January 18, 2012 Share Posted January 18, 2012 I'm a very big fan of WHMCS and have been using it for more years than I can remember. However, I am finding the responses to support tickets are taking an extended period and this is causing me some concern. A ticket initially raised on 3 January (#562921) is yet to be resolved. When I wrote to ask for an update on the ticket, my question has so far got ignored. WHMCS is a core system for us and whilst I appreciate some times will be busier than others a response even if only to say the issue can't be looked at for a week would be better than nothing. Even better would be a premium support option with guaranteed service levels - and maybe even a phone line.
