We are trying to use WHMCS for our WISP business - not so much for the billing options, but as a trouble ticket and support center, and we would like to start using to to track our installations and customer equipment. One of the things we do right now is to take digital photos of each install - from 1 to 10 pictures typically - and and we are currently posting them in an external gallery application. Then, in the clients PROFILE, we have a custom field which is the URL to their gallery directory. This doesn't work too badly, but it would be nice to have an internal image storage ability. Also, in order to view the images right now, we have to 'cut-and-paste' that URL into a browser. So, what we would want is: 1) Clickable URL in a custom field, or 2) A Photo storage or Gallery type module built into WHMCS.
