Hi

I set up and email template headed "Account Suspended pending Termination"

 

 

Dear {$client_name},

 

Your hosting account has been suspended and is pending termination due to a breach of our TOS. Details of the account are below:

Domain: {$service_domain}

Amount: {$service_recurring_amount}

 

Due Date: {$service_next_due_date}

everything shows up except "Total Due Invoices Balance {$client_due_invoices_balance" which shows a £0.00 balance even though they have active unpaid invoices
