shonamelissa Posted January 5, 2012 Share Posted January 5, 2012 Hi all, I'm new to WHMCS, and so far have a good grasp of everything I need and have imported from my WHM successfully - I just have one question! When I create a manual invoice, I need to specify the payment method - but I would rather my client be able to choose their payment method themselves. I know this can be done because I received an invoice from my own web hosts who use WHMCS and they had a little drop-down menu in the top right where I could select my option from Bank Deposit, PayPal and Credit Card... but for me, when I create an invoice they just say whatever the options made me put when I created the invoice inside WHMCS. I have already set my three options in the settings, so they should be available..
