Hello! We are looking at using the WHMCS Live Chat Addon.

 

Is there anyone out there that would care to comment or provide any feedback?

 

It doesn't sound like a client has to be logged in to use it. Can you set what departments are available based on if they are logged in or not?

 

If some one is not a client, does it still track the sales history? Where?

I knew the chat addon existed. But after doing more digging, it sounds like the support staff has to use the desktop application and the web url doesn't link to WHMCS.

 

some members of my support staff are not windows users. unfortunately, we cannot use it.

 

I'm, pretty bummed. It sounds perfect otherwise.
