Database Duplicates - Email Template Issues

I have duplicate entries in the WHMCS database in the configuration table and emailtemplates table after upgrading to 5.

 

I'm guessing this to be the reason why I no longer am receiving New Support Ticket Emails.

 

I can clean up the config table by deleting duplicates, however, it seems that the default email templates may be tied to specific functions by ID...

 

Does anybody have an export they could provide with a default emailtemplates table, filled with the default templates rows? It'd be a huge help for me restoring functionality...
