on line 41 ticket status is hardcoded to "Status"

on line 56 "Reply" and "Close Ticket" text on buttons are hardcoded

and on line 162 "Reply" and "Close Ticket" text on buttons are hardcoded

 

probably change to variables

 

{$LANG.supportticketsstatus}

{$LANG.supportticketsreply}

{$LANG.supportticketsstatuscloseticket} (there isnt any variable with only "Close Ticket" text.
