Hi,

Please double check your department assignments in Setup > Administrators and also check and ensure that you haven't customised the default ticket status names - we've been seeing some users going and editing them directly in the database which leads to problems, there's a reason they aren't editable through the provided admin interface people :)

Same issue here. We noticed this occur after upgrading from MYSQL 5.1 to 5.5. We have resaved all admin settings, general settings, admin roles, etc. in whmcs back end with no luck. The ticket counts are correct in the middle of the page, it's only in the sidebar area under "Filter Tickets" that is showing 0 values ...

I have not modified any of the departments in the DB. I edit everything through the WHMCS control panel. I have checked the admin is assigned and it is.

This issue still remains on the left hand navigation column.

There is a reason multiple people have posted they are having the same problem. I am using v5.0.3 and this issue still exists.
