tracedef Posted April 9, 2012 Share Posted April 9, 2012 Same issue here. We noticed this occur after upgrading from MYSQL 5.1 to 5.5. We have resaved all admin settings, general settings, admin roles, etc. in whmcs back end with no luck. The ticket counts are correct in the middle of the page, it's only in the sidebar area under "Filter Tickets" that is showing 0 values ... 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Idealws Posted May 15, 2012 Author Share Posted May 15, 2012 I have not modified any of the departments in the DB. I edit everything through the WHMCS control panel. I have checked the admin is assigned and it is. This issue still remains on the left hand navigation column. There is a reason multiple people have posted they are having the same problem.
