HalbrookTech Posted December 29, 2011 Share Posted December 29, 2011 On my admin home page, the "Support Ticket Overview" block is not displaying newly submitted tickets. Thankfully I happened to check out the ticket page because I had a client that had submitted several tickets that I didn't know about. HalbrookTech Posted January 3, 2012 Author Share Posted January 3, 2012 Yeah, the widget isn't coded to load tickets as *I* personally would like it to be, it's coded to load the ones flaged to the logged-in user. I haven't had a chance to look at the code and customize it to do what I want it to do, but it should be as easy as modifying the widget, or better yet copying and editing it, so that upgrades won't undo the changes. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
