Cron - email

I upgraded my WHMCS soft toi the new Version 5. Since I didi this, my cron (is still working fine), but I don`t get the usual email indicating what was done and I dont see new Invoices generated (for renewals).


Does someboby knows about this issue ?


I appreciate your help.

Do the CHMOD have to be changed ?

Checked mine and it is 644

However, as you have run the cronjob from the browser this confirm it operates correctly


Some things to check

What system are you using (example WHM/cPanel)?



If you have renamed the /admin/ folder make sure you have copied the path in the cronjob command line

For example :

php -q /home/account_name/public_html/WHMCS_directory/admin_directory/cron.php



Check the cronjob runs at regular intervals

For example :

0 0 * * * is midnight each day



Check the email address for the cronjob exists

I prefer this setting as then this confirms the task has been performed on a daily basis
