HSc Posted December 25, 2011 Share Posted December 25, 2011 If customer forgets to input domain name when ordering hosting, they should get some form of error message but don't on some of the cart templates. I confirmed this on my own installatino of v5.0.3 as well as WHMCS Demo. Tested with Web2.0, Steps, Basic, Modern templates: Order hosting but don't enter a domain name and click continue. Nothing happens. Now test with Comparison template and you get this error message: The domain you entered is not valid. Enter only the part after the www. and include the TLD And with Ajax, this error message: You're on the way to signing up with us, but you must choose a domain before you can add the selected product to your cart...
