Is the live chat system logged? I know it logs the chat.
What i mean is when someone comes on chat, will it link with their account and so if i looked up their account in whmcs, would i see all their chat transcripts?
Like on Kayoko it will link with their account, if they entered their accounts email address in the chat. Does the chat addon do that?
