2. and 3. Overdue Reminder dont work

Hello,

i configured that whmcs should send

 

1. Overdue Reminder:

7 days after due date

 

2. Overdue Reminder:

14 days after due date

 

3. Overdue Reminder:

7 days after due date

 

but it doesnt work.

 

WHMCS sends only the first overdue Reminder.

Did i wrong configured?

 

I want:

example:

Invoice due 2012-12-02

Unpaid Reminder on 2012-12-01

 

1 Overdue on 2012-12-09

2 Overdue on 2012-12-16

3.Overdue on 2012-12-23

 

and my config:

Did you wait 14 days to see if the 2nd one sent? If not it could suggest errors in the email template (this happened to me in the past).

i see that the customers get a 2nd overdue reminder email,

but whmcs dont add late fee for the 2nd overdue.

(only for 1st overdue)

Shouldn't that be 7, 14, and 21 days (or is that a typo)

As 7 appears twice the 3rd may be the one operating only

 

The late fees are applied on the 1st overdue only

sorry, you are right.i had a typo.:

7, 14, 21 is correct.

It is added to the first only, otherwise it would be accumulative

View the invoice that has been created

Once the late fee has been applied it should remain in place

 

I noted this same error, noone was able to post a solution so I now only apply the one late notice and late fee
