netwood Posted December 1, 2011 Share Posted December 1, 2011 The "Sales by Product" report shows only products sold for NEW accounts, not for existing recurring sales. Is this by design or is mine not working as it should? The description says: "This report gives a breakdown of the number of units sold of each product per month" Why wouldn't a monthly recurring sale of a product be included in that report?
