sitesme
Hi, First of all, let me tell you that the new design on V5.0.2 is outstanding. After the upgrade to 5.0.2 all my support tickets sent by email are not HTML anymore. The client's message for example is all in one line, without any line breaks whatsoever. How can I change this to show the messages with the right paragraphs, etc? Thank you
Alvin7575
Hello, I'm experiencing the same exact issue, any word on this yet?? Thanks!
websavers
Same here, though it's only the admin emails (thankfully). Viewing the source for the message in Apple Mail indicates the problem is exactly what sitesme is saying - even the HTML version is displaying in plaintext with linebreaks as \n instead of <br /> That said, the HTML is coming through fine on everything in the email template except for the contents of "{$ticket_message}" Perhaps it needs some htmlentities() or nl2br() love.
