raamee Posted November 27, 2011 Share Posted November 27, 2011 Hello, I have upgraded to WHMCS 5.0.2 version . But then all my client's password has been changed to some weird characters. If they try to change password , it wont change. The password will be empty for them. I don't have any backup to change the $CC_encryption. So how to solve this error? Any help? I think the client's pass updates but its not decrypting and not showing in the client area. Just the password area remains empty.
