I have an admin that needs access to all supports departments, but only needs to get email ticket notifications for one department. I'm sure there has to be a way that WHMCS will allow me to do this. Right now, the only way I can think of to fix this is to create an alias email address for this user. Then, create another administrator with that email address and only add them to that support department. There has to be a better, easier to manage option.
