After a free trail period people need to pay to keep the HTML page active. It should be possible to assign a domain name to the HTML page. Therefore, I am looking for a developer with strong PHP skills and experience with WHMCS API. The website should consist of • Front page • Upload process • Registration process • Domain registration process • Client area (including billing system) • Admin area Attached is a description of the different parts. But alternative suggestions are welcome. The project is to develop & code the website – not design & layout. All code should be commented. I can pay up to $3000.
