queenbmedia
Hey, Has anyone been able to get OnApp working 100% with WHMCS? We've been testing it for several months with OnApp techs and have been running into countless problems. The issue we are having has to do with upgrading and downgrading of virtual machines through WHMCS. In some cases(IE. Disk Resize) the VM will not reboot properly, in other cases (upgrading ram or CPU shares for instance) which the VM should not require a reboot (Resizewithoutreboot) the VM will get updated but the resources are not put into effect until the VM is manually rebooted. Have others been experiencing such issues? We are running WHMCS 4.5.1 + OnApp 2.3 Best, Michal
rslyon
Hi, We have been working with onapp for a year testing and helping with the module. In the end we gave up working with them.
queenbmedia
Heh interesting. Was it because of the bad support they were providing for the WHMCS module or other reasons?
rslyon
We worked with them so long trying to get whmcs working correctly. Contact was getting less and less. Then after the first year free was up, we still did not have a live platform so i was not going to pay for it.

bemerson
Put me in this boat as well. Gave up on OnApp because of all the issues with the WHMCS module.

Nicarlo
Interesting indeed. And we thought we were the only ones. We've even went as far as testing on other alternatives to whmcs and still ran into issues. Rumour has it WHMCS will be releasing their own supported version of this module early next year.
SilverNodashi
One would expect that OnApp could at least afford a decently skilled developer since their offerings are so expensive. We also cancelled with them due to the poor WHMCS integration and support they offer.
