snake
OK so I setup a configurable Options and set option type = quantity I set Minimum Quantity required = 1 Maximum Allowed = blank (but it reverts to 0 after saving) Now when trying to order I get this error. # Required number of users has a minimum requirement of 1 and maximum of 0 # So it seems the "no limit" option for Maximum allowed is not working
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted October 12, 2011 WHMCS CEO Share Posted October 12, 2011 Hi, For unlimited you just need to enter a high maximum. There always must be a maximum, ie. you don't want a user ordering 1,000,000,000 of something, so try entering the absolute maximum a user ever should be allowed. As people often say in hosting, nothing is ever unlimited Matt
snake
might want to update the form then as it says "leave blank for no limit"
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted October 12, 2011 WHMCS CEO Share Posted October 12, 2011 Yes if you leave both blank, there are no restrictions applied, but if you set a min, must also set a max. This is also partly for the purposes of slider selectors that some order form templates offer. Matt
