ninak
netearthone beats them hands down on price and support. not even comparable. You can say that again. There support will even call you if you can't call them.
Vinsar
I have been using ResellerClub for quite long now, never had any issues.
Smarty
reseller club is cheap, yes, but : very slow to respond if you need some help ;-) ...before i registered with them, i've asked a simple question, just to see.... ...and they took 6 days to respond! eNom is the best ;-) ...and you can get a free sub account here under your whmcs customer area ;-) Support is good, compatible with everything you'll find on the market...

Depends, how you communicate. I have been using them since they were called DirectI, it's years now. My queries and issues are resolved in few hours. Here I am talking about resolution not response. Moreover, once you are a reseller of theirs, you also get an Account Manager assigned, so you can always contact him/her to look after your issues.
BobC
I have been selling domain names for a long time and have used various registrars. I currently use only NetEarthOne (NEO) (I formerly used another LB registrar but their support was poor in both timeliness and quality of responses -- plus not WHMCS module). NEO responds almost immediately during their "open for business" schedule. They have no one answering anything overnight. They also have live chat support. Hands down, the best registrar I have found yet! I don't think I will ever change again... and their pricing for resellers is very good as well!
vincent1
ResellerClub have live chat as well Isn't NetEarthOne is a reseller of ResellerClub? - Vincent
BobC
ResellerClub have live chat as wellIsn't NetEarthOne is a reseller of ResellerClub? - Vincent As far as I know, they are a fully accredited ICANN Registrar independent of ResellerClub. I think they used to be affiliated with ResellerClub years ago but broke away. - Bob C
singh9211
As per my suggestions, Reseller Club is best as they have very competitive prices and even offer lots of features including shared hosting, SSL Certificates, Email hosting and Super & partner Site.......
othellotech
reseller club is cheap, yes, but : very slow to respond if you need some help ;-) And the system becomes unresponsive, often reporting down, almost daily - largely due to the people with "cron" jobs running at midnight (localtime) to sync domains etc... Clunky interfaces and poor connectivity does not a happy reseller service make
tomdchi
A long time ago we tried several registrars and later went with NetEarthOne. Haven't had the first problem with them. Support and pricing is very good.

PDS
I use NetEarthOne and Resell.biz, both use LB and have excellent support. Resell.biz has the added bonus of not charging fees when adding funds to your account.

When did you last experience this? They were famous for having a slow system about 3 years ago, but its been a long while since anything like this has come up.
Salman75
As far as I know, they are a fully accredited ICANN Registrar independent of ResellerClub. I think they used to be affiliated with ResellerClub years ago but broke away. They are still reselling for resellerclub.
kanum
NetEarthOne is not a reseller from ResellerClub, they simple use the same platform "LogicBoxes" and products offer. Like Reseller.biz.
