"Recent Activity" bug: "Automatic Cancellation" entry broken

Hi,

 

I recently had to put through an immediate cancellation request for a client. When I did, I looked at the "Recent Activity" area and noticed that the entry is broken.

 

It shows

 

Automatic Cancellation Requested Immediately - Service ID:

 

The information and URL are both missing the service ID.
