hatster Posted September 24, 2011 Share Posted September 24, 2011 Hi, Does anyone know if its possible to prevent whmcs sending out the "order confirmation" email when a client places a new order ? we get quite a lot of multiple failed orders caused by payment failure and then always get the customer phone up saying "but i have several emails here all saying that my order was successful" and its annoying !!!
