freedombi
I'm trying to change the server for several cancelled hosting accounts to None, so I can delete a decommissioned server. When I change the server to None, however, it automatically changes it to the default server. This seems to be for any status. othellotech
Just add a server called "cancelled services" and assign them to that
freedombi
That would work, but then "None" shouldn't be an option if it can't be used.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted September 2, 2011 WHMCS CEO Share Posted September 2, 2011 The none is there for products that don't have servers associated with them - ie. modules that don't need a server in order to function. But the system won't let a product that has servers be assigned to none, as then the module command buttons would be rendered unusable so you are forced into making at least some selection for those. freedombi
The availability of None is confusing, though, and this behavior doesn't seem to be documented that I could see, nor is there an error message.
