ResellerClub - CURL Error: 7 - couldn't connect to host

I'm getting this error in the WHMCS ResellerClub Domain Syncronisation Report email.

CURL Error: 7 - couldn't connect to host

I have added our own IPs to the ResellerClub control panel as per http://docs.whmcs.com/ResellerClub#Configuring_ResellerClub_.28v_4.5.29

Does anyone know the remote IP address (for ResellerClub) that hosts the API?

May need to add this IP to our firewall - strange as this worked before but only recently we are seeing errors.

This error message indicates that you haven't yet allowed your servers IP to access your ResellerClub account via the API. You have to do this in the Settings > API section of the LogicBoxes control panel before you can use the integration.

The IP you need to authorize is typically the main shared IP of the server, usually most easily found from the IP your WHMCS license is assigned to, but if you're unsure or neither of those IPs work, then ResellerClub can assist and advise you of the IP they see your connection tests as coming from via a support ticket.

It's not disabled. Definitely worked about 2 weeks ago - no server changes. Really weird.

Same issue here - happened in my run last night.... Last 2 runs worked just fine, and my IP address is listed w/ Stargate/UK2, AND I only have one IP on that server.

Hi Guys, I got the answer...

It means your WHMCS DO NOT CONNECTED to RESELLERCLUB. because you put WRONG IP at reseller Club setting.

At reseller club panel,Go to SETTING-API- then scroll until you find ACCESSING THE API , then change all current IP with your server IP, and clik ALLOW API ACES. then you must wait 30 minutes till it active.

and try to register new domain now using WHMCS. It works...
