OrqooGroup Posted August 2, 2011 Share Posted August 2, 2011 Hi Guys, I have got a WHMCS and StarDevelop live chat install running fine. One thing that I am concerned about is the fact that all of my staff and myself use Ubuntu or Debian, and so we are forced to use the web based admin panel for LiveChat, for the most part we are fine with that, the only thing that does concern us is that without staring at the admin panel all day we can not tell when a client wants a live chat. Is there a plugin, or could someone write one, that will poll the LiveChat Server and send a message to a specific channel on an IRC network? I have written a few basic Net_SmartIRC bots before but this has me stumped where to start. If anyone can help then you can contact me via email.
