Printing invoices or unsecuring invoices?

Hi guys,

 

This kinda sounds noob but i cant seem to print invoices using the pdf versions, i remember i used to be able to do this?

 

And what password does the pdf creator use to secure the invoice?

That'll be something for you to ask the authors of your PDF viewer

Document and/or security restrictions within PDFs are set when they're created or modified. With that said, I've not noticed any WHMCS-generated PDFs with document and/or security restrictions by default though.

 

Are you unable to print WHMCS PDF invoices due to document restrictions or are you unable to print any PDF from your viewer? Are you being asked for a password when viewing the WHMCS PDF invoices in your viewer or are you simply asking the password thinking that you just need it to be able to print them?

Sorry for the late reply, but i cant print them as the button is greyed out in adobe reader.

 

And in the documents properties, when i try to sort of remove the security it asks me for a password. I've tried a few and even the password of the client for his account but no go.

 

I believe i am unable to print because i am restricted by the document?

If you happen to be using my custom pdfinvoice mod then you will need to update it with the latest version or open a ticket
