keithm Posted July 16, 2011 Share Posted July 16, 2011 If I click on a customers domain, it shows me all the dns servers listed for that domain. Once I click the renew button, it asks confirmation to renew, which I select Yes. Once the box goes and the domain page gets refreshed, it doesnt now list the dns servers. othellotech Posted July 16, 2011 Share Posted July 16, 2011 The nameservers are returned more-or-less realtime from the registrar. They "vanish" when the registrar fails to respond (or returns nothing) due to them being busy or faulty, Just ignore it and click the "go" button to reload the page. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
