tdaustin Posted July 6, 2011 Share Posted July 6, 2011 Hi All, I have just setup my SecurePay AU account thinking that it will be easy to connect however it doesn't work. I have activated my account, entered the information provided in to the gateway setup and when I go to process payment it just hangs and never finishes. It kills my browser session and I have to close firefox. Can anyone confirm if they have this working and if there are any tricks to do to get it working? raddo Posted July 6, 2011 Share Posted July 6, 2011 Hi Tim, I had this problem when setting up the gateway for the first time. The secure pay module tries to redirect you to a page on https so if you currently aren't running the site with an ssl you get a blank page.
