Our lead developer will send over a list of features we need and you will be responsible for directing us on API use and the best way to use WHMCS within our application and current platform. This is a complex task and you must know PHP/SQL and be able to give very specific code instructions. LasVegas Posted August 18, 2011 Author Share Posted August 18, 2011 Sorry for the delay - here is the first task we need completed: Task #1 1) Create groups within WHMCS (5) 2) When a client is assigned to a group it will trigger an email sequence specifically for that group. 3) Cron will run email based on time delay from when client was added to the group Task #2 When client fills out our web form with full address city, state, zip we have it set up to create new client record and what we need to do is: 1) Assign this new client to a sales agent/user based on zip code (or a range of zip codes) There is more tasks but these are the most important right now.
