decor
I upgraded to 4.5, and just noticed at the end of last month the overages did not bill, normally they bill on the 30th but this time did not bill on 30th or 31st Settings sayto bill at end of month. Anyone else have this issue? Thanks Ian
Damo
Yes, we've seen the same thing. I sent a ticket in about it this morning.
Damo
Via a ticket reply John as suggested increasing the memory limit to PHP as it would appear that the cron is being terminated prematurely. It was already at 64M though. Looking at the activity log the cron never completed. The question I asked about being able to retrospectively generate invoices was missed so I've asked it again via a reply.

That would be good if it could be done ian
Damo
Well I've not a reply but have manually invoiced them this morning. Looks like the cron didn't complete again last night. That's now two days in a row, but all others have worked prior to that. I can't tell at what point it's timing out/failing.
Damo
Received a reply saying that no invoices would be skipped and that when the cron actually completes the invoices will be generated. I got the script to run by calling it manually and increasing memory available to it. But the overages still didn't invoice. I then looked back over my previous tickets and when this happened last time I was advised that overages will not invoices after the fact so I'm glad I did the manual invoices earlier today. I've now added "-d memory_limit=128M" to the cron entry in the hope that the CLI uses it. Will know in the morning
Troy
This is probably related to this issue: http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?t=38769 It caused overages to not be billed for us as well.
