Undoubtedly things are slower than normal at the moment following the new release. Especially with tickets that require debugging. But please don't bump your tickets as you've done with these 2 as that just takes you back down the queue again and only slows getting a response down further.

 

Unfortunately it seems everyone emails in with all the questions that have been building up over the past few months when there's a new release out (I guess the release reminds people we exist!) so things do get extremely busy, but we are working through the backlog as quickly as we can.

serverloft - If you tell us what your issue is, maybe we can help you. This will free up Matt and his team, so they are free to deal with more serious buggy issues with the new release.

 

I see from your latest reply you mentioned "gateway" i can only assume that you mean you have an issue with one of the payment gateway modules? would i be correct in saying this?

That's insane, because I opened two tickets, one for support, and one for billing 2 days ago, it was like 3 am in the morning and I got a reply under an hour, which is pretty good as per my standards, and resolved and answered all of my questions!

Yo might pay $15 a month But I have a Owned Version.

You post was useless and did not help anyone in this situation.

Even if it was free if you are going to give a product to the masses and expect people to use it you need to provide good quick support.

 

On a side not My problem was straightened out.

It seems that with 2Checkout, if you are in Demo mode callbacks will not work. In non-demo mode it is fine. Something 2CO enforce apparently.
