Alistair
What is the problem? We can't help if you don't tell us.
Alistair
And by the way - I believe WHMCS have put on the bottom of their automatic responses that they are having delays due to the new version that was released last week. So be patient - they won't forget.
serverloft
hello problem with payment mode (boleto with error in charset) and problem with iWHMCS (problem with charset).
hostleet
WHMCS support usually becomes slower during new updates due to the high demands and requests the staff receive during such times. Many people submit tickets after the a new version of WHMCS is released, so be patient...
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted May 26, 2011 WHMCS CEO Share Posted May 26, 2011 Undoubtedly things are slower than normal at the moment following the new release. Especially with tickets that require debugging. But please don't bump your tickets as you've done with these 2 as that just takes you back down the queue again and only slows getting a response down further. Unfortunately it seems everyone emails in with all the questions that have been building up over the past few months when there's a new release out (I guess the release reminds people we exist!) so things do get extremely busy, but we are working through the backlog as quickly as we can. serverloft
okay Matt, but.. please see these tickets asap, i cant receive payments for this gateway.
SiteSeal-Developer
serverloft - If you tell us what your issue is, maybe we can help you. This will free up Matt and his team, so they are free to deal with more serious buggy issues with the new release. I see from your latest reply you mentioned "gateway" i can only assume that you mean you have an issue with one of the payment gateway modules? would i be correct in saying this?
nexthost
That's insane, because I opened two tickets, one for support, and one for billing 2 days ago, it was like 3 am in the morning and I got a reply under an hour, which is pretty good as per my standards, and resolved and answered all of my questions!
3awh
You are one of the lucky one I guess
Panache
Everyone knows that WHMCS Support ist AAAA+. They are fast and competent. The new release delays and dependence on issue makes the difference now.
nexthost
Well what do you expect for $15 a month?
3awh
Well what do you expect for $15 a month? Yo might pay $15 a month But I have a Owned Version. You post was useless and did not help anyone in this situation. Even if it was free if you are going to give a product to the masses and expect people to use it you need to provide good quick support. On a side not My problem was straightened out. It seems that with 2Checkout, if you are in Demo mode callbacks will not work. In non-demo mode it is fine. Something 2CO enforce apparently.
Dreamz
Fast? Where and when? We usually have to wait 8+ hours for a response, while our other product vendors (SmarterTools, Microsoft, vBulletin etc.) all respond within an hour or 2.
