Create error for WebsitePanel

When WHMCS tries to create an order I am getting this error.

any ideas ?

Looks to be possibly a settings error in your WSP configuration. Does anything show in WSP audit log when you login as serveradmin? this'll give you a good idea if its actually connecting to WebsitePanel API.
