Support Tickets: (Account related to?)

Is it just me or is it a general issue?

 

When customers create a support ticket and select the account the issue is related to, it doesn't appear in the admin area when I'm viewing the ticket.

 

I've look at V4 admin area, blend, original and simple and this seems to have completely disappeared. ?

This has been resolved with support from Matt, however, I have to say, I think the highlighting of the package is a backwards step.

 

I really miss the fact that seeing the selected account in the ticket with the ability to login to the control panel etc remotely is a BIG loss in the viewing of support tickets.
